Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with customers through regular communication and issue resolution.
  • Onboard new customers by providing clear explanations of our services and processes.
  • Manage Enrollment Forms and enter customer details into our Application System.
  • Analyze Credit Bureau Reports to identify potential opportunities and make informed decisions.
  • Deliver comprehensive product information and company policies to customers within a 2-day timeframe.
  • Evaluate KYC documents and conduct house verifications to assess customer standards of living.
  • Collections of monthly installments according to schedule.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in customer-facing roles or sales environments.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with credit reporting systems and financial products.
