Job Title: UX Design Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative UX Design Lead to drive the user experience and user engagement aspects of our new AI-driven interactive end-user tool, AskRegn-AI.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design Leadership: Lead the UX design process from concept to completion for the AskRegn-AI tool, collaborating with cross-functional teams to create a cohesive and engaging user experience.
  • User Research and Testing: Conduct user research to understand the needs, behaviors, and pain points of different types of AI users, and perform usability testing to continuously improve the user experience.
  • Interaction Design: Design intuitive and interactive user interfaces for both the chatbot and web UI, ensuring that the chat and web interfaces are interdependent and adapt based on user interactions.
  • Prototyping and Wireframing: Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design ideas effectively, and iterate on designs based on user feedback and testing results.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with the development team to ensure the implementation of the design aligns with the user experience vision, and communicate design concepts and solutions clearly to stakeholders and team members.
  • User Engagement: Develop strategies to enhance user engagement and satisfaction, and monitor and analyze user engagement metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience as a UX Designer, UX Lead, or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing UX design skills and projects.
  • Skills: Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar, experience with user research and usability testing, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and ability to think critically and solve complex design problems.
