Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Lead Hindi Curriculum Developer to join our team. This role involves reviewing content across various subjects in Hindi, ensuring that it is accurate, engaging, and accessible to learners of all abilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Curriculum Development
- Adapt and modify comprehensive curricula for primary and secondary education (Grades 1-12) in Hindi, aligning with the National Curriculum Framework.
- Integrate inclusive teaching strategies and differentiated learning techniques for diverse learners, including children with disabilities.
- Develop/translate lesson plans, teaching aids, worksheets, assessments, and evaluation tools aligned with grade content.
- Maintain grammatical accuracy and linguistic precision in all materials and communications.
- Research and Alignment
- Conduct research to stay updated on best practices in curriculum design and pedagogy for Hindi education.
- Align the curriculum with learning outcomes specified by educational policies and frameworks, such as NEP 2020.
- Training and Support
- Collaborate with teachers and trainers to pilot and implement the curriculum.
- Provide training and guidance to educators on using the curriculum effectively.
- Collect feedback from stakeholders (teachers, students, and parents) and revise the curriculum as needed to improve its effectiveness.
- Educational Background
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Hindi, Education, or a related field.
- A degree or certification in curriculum development, instructional design, or education technology is desirable.
- Work Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in developing Hindi curricula across subjects for primary and secondary education (Grades 1-12).
- Experience working with inclusive education or special education is highly desirable.
- Skills and Competencies
- Strong knowledge of Hindi language and literature.
- Familiarity with state and national education boards.
- Ability to design creative and engaging teaching materials.
- Excellent research, writing, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in using technology for curriculum development, such as MS Office, Google Suite, or education software.
