Job Title: DMPK Scientist

We are seeking a skilled DMPK Scientist to join our team.

  • We require a strong understanding of drug metabolism principles and pathways.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience with LC-MS/MS, HRMS, and other analytical techniques.
  • Presentation and communication skills are essential for this role.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, performing, and interpreting metabolite identification studies. They will also provide insights to project teams on DMPK concepts and regulatory documentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Metabolite Identification Studies: Design, perform, and interpret metabolite identification studies using in vitro and in vivo approaches.
  2. Data Analysis: Analyze complex data sets and structural interpretations for Phase-1, 2, and 3 metabolites.
  3. Project Support: Provide insights to project teams on DMPK concepts and regulatory documentation.
  4. Team Representation: Represent the group in internal and external meetings and work effectively in a team environment.
Desirable Skills:
  • Drug Metabolism Principles: Strong understanding of drug metabolism principles and pathways.
  • Analytical Techniques: Experience with LC-MS/MS, HRMS, and other analytical techniques.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent presentation and communication skills.

This role requires a deep understanding of DMPK concepts, including large molecule/ADC metabolism, with excellent communication skills and the ability to drive innovation. The successful candidate will have experience in designing, performing, and interpreting metabolite identification studies, as well as providing insights to project teams on DMPK concepts and regulatory documentation.
