Synchronisation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Synchronisation Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for securing commercial sync placements for our multi-genre catalogue.

• Pitch our music to industry professionals, including music supervisors, advertising agencies, music libraries, production houses, and brands.
• BUILD relationships with industry professionals globally to identify opportunities and expand our network.
• Track and manage all pitches, leads, and placements to maintain visibility on opportunities.
• Explore secondary business opportunities for our catalogue songs, including pitching to labels, artists, and producers for covers, remixes, and collaborations.
• Stay ahead of sync trends, industry requests, and content needs across entertainment and advertising.
• Provide regular reporting on activity, progress, and revenue opportunities.

• Proven experience in securing sync placements and building relationships with industry professionals.
• Skilled in coordinating music submissions and developing sync strategies.
• Strong research abilities for identifying potential sync opportunities.
• Contract management and negotiation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and remotely with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Familiarity with the global music scene is a plus.
• Degree in Music Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field preferred.
