We are seeking a seasoned and strategic leader to spearhead our Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) business. The ideal candidate will bring extensive expertise in high-volume hiring, client management, and operational excellence across multiple sectors.

As the RPO Head, you will be responsible for the overall success and growth of the RPO vertical. This includes full ownership of the business P&L, ensuring delivery excellence, and strengthening client partnerships.

  • You will lead a growing team of recruitment professionals, including delivery leaders, and manage an ecosystem of sub-vendors to meet the hiring needs of multiple clients across various industries.
  • You will also play a hands-on role in client engagement, strategy formulation, and operational execution while ensuring alignment with business goals and customer expectations.

The successful candidate will have strong leadership experience in managing large-scale recruitment operations, deep expertise in recruitment delivery, especially volume hiring across diverse sectors, excellent client management skills, and strong decision-making abilities.

Experience Required:

  • Overall work experience of 17 to 20 years in recruitment and talent acquisition
