Job Description:

Our team is seeking a skilled Membership Professional to join our ranks. This role is pivotal in maintaining membership compliance and supporting the team in achieving a no-error work environment.

  • Process new membership applications, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Scrutinize membership documents, including legal agreements, to ensure accuracy and adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Respond to member queries on membership rules and regulations, providing necessary information and data to other departments or senior management.
  • Prepare notes for seeking approval on changes in membership status, such as shareholding or promoter holding patterns.

Educational Qualifications:

A Chartered Accountant (CA), Chartered Secretary (CS), Master of Business Administration (MBA), or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) from a reputable institution or university is required.

Experience:

Freshers or 1-2 years of experience in securities, capital markets, financial services, mutual funds, or insurance companies are preferred.

Skills Required:

  • A proactive and result-oriented individual with analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and execution skills, with ability to share knowledge and develop best practices across teams.
  • Understanding of annual returns, balance sheet items, and net worth computation methods.

Functional Competencies:

Microsoft Office proficiency, with expertise in Excel preferred.
