The Role

As an Inside Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving business growth by generating high-quality leads through cold calling, emailing, and other lead generation activities.

  • Identify and qualify potential clients, ensuring a seamless handover to our sales teams to close deals.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and achieve targets.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive business results and achieve shared goals.
  • Continuously improve lead generation processes and strategies to optimize sales performance.
Ideal Profile
  • Proven experience in Inside Sales or Sales Development Representative roles, preferably in the Ed Tech and Education sector.
  • A strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and achieving business objectives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
  • Working knowledge of sales principles and practices, with a focus on Inside Sales.
  • A strong networker and relationship builder, with a passion for driving business growth.
  • A team player with excellent stakeholder management skills, able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
