Job Title: Personal Assistant

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our team as a Personal Assistant. As a key member of our support staff, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our senior management team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist senior management with daily administrative tasks, including scheduling, email management, and documentation.
  • Coordinate meetings and appointments, ensuring all parties are well-informed and prepared.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations for various purposes.
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
  • Support the organization in event planning and coordination activities.
  • Liaise with clients and stakeholders to schedule training sessions and follow-up actions.
  • Conduct basic research and compile data as required by senior management.
  • Manage travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
