This is a fantastic opportunity to join our team as a Personal Assistant. As a key member of our support staff, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our senior management team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist senior management with daily administrative tasks, including scheduling, email management, and documentation.
- Coordinate meetings and appointments, ensuring all parties are well-informed and prepared.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations for various purposes.
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Support the organization in event planning and coordination activities.
- Liaise with clients and stakeholders to schedule training sessions and follow-up actions.
- Conduct basic research and compile data as required by senior management.
- Manage travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
