Job Description: We're seeking a proactive and ambitious Media Sales Development Manager to join our team. This role requires a self-starter with exceptional communication skills and a passion for sales, who is motivated to contribute to the company's growth by building a pipeline of potential clients within the media industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Generation: Independently source potential leads through industry directories, online research, and other lead generation tools.

- Outbound Calling: Conduct daily cold calls to media industry contacts, introducing AdTech Today's offerings and establishing rapport with potential clients.

- Sales Pipeline Development: Prepare and maintain a detailed pipeline of qualified leads for the sales team, tracking and updating contact history.

- Client Relationship Building: Nurture relationships with potential clients and identify their needs, recommending relevant services to help meet their business goals.

- Meeting Coordination: Schedule meetings between qualified prospects and senior sales representatives for deeper sales discussions.

- Sales Reporting: Log all interactions and activities in the CRM system, maintaining accuracy and providing regular updates on pipeline progress.

Requirements:

- Experience: 1-2 years in lead generation, sales development, or a related role, with exposure to cold calling and sales presentations.

- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to engage prospects, address objections, and foster strong relationships.

- Skillset: Proficient in MS Office and Google Suite, with experience in CRM systems being a plus.
