Job Title: Surgery & ED Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our surgical and emergency care team. The ideal candidate will have 1-6 years of experience in a clinical setting, providing essential support in surgical and emergency care.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in complex surgical procedures and emergency department tasks
  • Provide pre-operative and post-operative care to patients with precision
  • Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and nursing staff to deliver high-quality patient care
  • Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes promptly
  • Maintain a sterile environment and adhere to safety protocols at all times
  • Document patient care and procedures accurately and efficiently
  • Participate in patient education and discharge planning with empathy and understanding
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or relevant field with strong academic credentials
  • Registered Nurse (RN) license or equivalent with active certification
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification with current status
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification with recent training
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations
  • In-depth knowledge of surgical instruments and techniques with attention to detail
  • Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems for seamless data management
