About the Role

We are looking for a visionary leader who can provide hands-on technical guidance, ensure code quality, and oversee project management. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with Product Owners and stakeholders to align engineering efforts with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous learning within your team, mentoring and developing engineers to reach their full potential.
  • Technical Guidance: Leverage your coding experience to solve complex engineering challenges, providing expert advice and ensuring adherence to best practices.
  • Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of engineering projects, guaranteeing alignment with product goals and technical feasibility.
  • Code Quality: Participate in code reviews and enforce adherence to coding standards, ensuring the highest level of quality in our products.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve Ctruh's business objectives, aligning engineering efforts with company goals.
  • Process Optimization: Continuously improve development processes, tools, and workflows to enhance team efficiency and product quality.
  • Recruitment: Contribute to the hiring process, building and maintaining a strong engineering team.
  • Performance Monitoring: Establish and track KPIs to measure team performance, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role, and strong coding skills.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree is desirable.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Proficiency in one or more programming languages, preferably MERN Stack (Backend experience is preferred).
  • Experience with WebGL, Three.js, or babylon.js is highly advantageous.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Agile/Scrum methodologies experience.
  • Able to balance technical depth with managerial responsibilities.
Salary and Benefits

Expected Salary: ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,800,000 per annum, depending on experience. Competitive benefits package including medical insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
