We are looking for a Sales Business Developer to generate new leads, build relationships with potential clients, and close sales deals. This role is suitable for candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience in sales.

The ideal candidate should have:

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in sales
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
  • Ability to understand client needs and develop customized solutions
  • Self-motivated and target-driven
  • Knowledge of the IT services and IT consulting industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

The Sales Business Developer will be responsible for:

  • Prospecting, generating, and qualifying leads
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with potential clients
  • Identifying client needs and developing customized solutions
  • Presenting product demonstrations and sales proposals to clients
  • Negotiating contracts and closing sales deals
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful implementation and delivery of solutions
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and competitors' activities
