Health, Safety & Environment Professional

We are seeking a skilled Health, Safety and Environment professional to drive improvement performance and milestones across our commercial and India operations.

This role involves developing strategies and policies to enhance the safety culture within our organization, investigating incidents, identifying root causes, and supporting line managers in implementing corrective actions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HSE management principles, aligned with legal requirements and industry practice. They should also possess a Bachelor or Master degree in Engineering, Science, and an HSE certificate from a reputable institution.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing action plans to drive HSE improvement performance and milestones.
  • Advising and supporting function owners to complete HSE Improvement actions and Common Platform programs.
  • Leading risk assessment and action development for functional departments.
  • Investigating incidents and developing preventive and corrective actions.
  • Coordinating input from other functions for reporting processes.
  • Assessing and monitoring the implementation of preventive and corrective actions.
  • Acting as HSE advisor and leading incident investigation teams.
  • Analyzing BBS/near miss reports and identifying key problem areas.

Adequate knowledge of ISO-9000.14001 and OSHAS 18001 is required. A strong background in HSE management principles, aligned with legal requirements and industry practice, is strongly preferred.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor or Master degree in Engineering, Science.
  • HSE certificate from a reputable institution.
  • Adequate knowledge of ISO-9000.14001 and OSHAS 18001.
  • Minimum five years of experience in a professional role.
