Job Summary

ServiceNow Developer needed at Dexian to lead the implementation of ServiceNow modules and ensure integration with existing systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and architect ServiceNow solutions, focusing on Service Portfolio Management (SPM PRO) and Legal Service Delivery (LSD).
  • Configure experience in at least 5 different ServiceNow modules, including ITOM/ITAM/SPM/ITSM/CSM/HRSD.
  • Design and implement IT-related process workflows, procedures, and technical standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing timely support and maintenance for ServiceNow applications.
  • Translate complex input from Product and business stakeholders into requirements and map them onto ServiceNow functionality.
  • Guide the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of interfaces/integrations with third-party systems.
  • Maintain a comprehensive view of the ServiceNow architecture at both a bird's-eye and granular level.
  • Participate in Agile development, assisting with estimating effort and system complexity.
  • Contribute to ServiceNow software releases through configuration tasks and feature delivery.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, design specifications, and user guides.
  • Provide expert guidance on ServiceNow capabilities, including workflow automation, reporting, and data management.
  • Configure and customize ServiceNow applications, including creating custom workflows, scripts, and integrations.
  • 5+ years of experience with Web development, including X-HTML, CSS3, SQL, XML, jQuery or Angular, and one or more of the following back-end technologies: JavaScript, PHP, .NET, or Java integrations in ServiceNow.
  • Experienced in the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes, including client requirement analysis and system design.
  • Ability to pull together and synthesize multiple strands in large-scale projects.
  • Experience implementing systems using the Agile/Scrum methodology.
  • Solid communication skills, and the ability to clearly articulate complex ideas and technical designs.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Certified Systems Administrator (CSA), Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) and/or Certified Application Developer (CAD).
