The Front Office Team Lead is responsible for conducting daily front office operations, ensuring efficient and professional service to all guests, and leading by example when attending to guest requests. Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting in conducting training for all Front Office employees
- Attending and directing daily front office operations
- Assisting in formulating new procedures and directives to improve the Front Office Department
- Providing efficient, friendly, and professional service to all guests
- Leading by example when attending to guest requests
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the current role
- Knowledge of Opera PMS
Work Environment: Full-time, on-site position.
