Job Brief:

As a Senior TA Specialist at Neutara, you will be responsible for developing and executing recruiting strategies to attract top talent. You will source, screen, and interview candidates for various marketing positions, including digital marketing, content creation, SEO/SEM, social media, product marketing, and IT roles. You will also ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, providing timely feedback and communication. Your goal will be to guide candidates through the interview process, from initial contact to onboarding. The ideal candidate will have 3-8 years of experience in IT/SaaS/product organization setup and be located in Hyderabad (hybrid role).
