IT Solutions Support Specialist

At Mayfair Housing, we are seeking an IT Solutions Support Specialist to support the implementation of Protegrity solutions.
This role will involve working with Protegrity and third-party products, such as operating systems, Microsoft Teams, Networking, O365 solutions, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
- Minimum 3+ Years' Experience in IT Support
- Understand and be able to work on Cloud technology
- Strong knowledge of Networking Setup
- Supporting the development team by recreating daily basis user issues
- Hand on experience of Configure and Install various network devices and services (e.g. Router, Wi-Fi, Access point troubleshooting and configuration)
- Anti-Virus Management (i.e. Seqrite Admin console, Mcafee Endpoint, Symantec Endpoint)
- Mitigate risks by timely escalation as required
- Good knowledge of backup types, configuration, and Management
- Monitor system resource utilization, trending, and capacity planning
- Upgrade systems and processes as required for enhanced functionality and security issue resolution
- Monitor the system daily and respond immediately to security or usability concerns
