Key Responsibilities
  • Performance Delivery:
    • Support the development and delivery of annual operating plans (AOPs)
    • Partner with cross-functional teams to strengthen the finance operational and reporting process
    • Drive pre- and post-measurement mindset for trade spend investments
  • Productivity:
    • Collect and analyze past data to identify areas for improvement
    • Participate in initiatives to unlock savings and improve distributor return on investment
    • Reduce working capital provisioning by implementing best practices and improving processes
  • Net Revenue Management:
    • Develop and implement trade spend management strategies
    • Drive business-to-business (B2B) claim processes and adopt new BTL processes
    • Develop a pre- and post-measurement culture for BTL and TTL spends
  • Business Partnering:
    • Develop financial analysis and communicate insights to stakeholders
    • Partner with commercial leaders to drive business performance
    • Provide commercial expertise and insights to support business decision-making

Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or related field
