Job Title: International Sales Professional with Export Focus

About the Role:
Taggd is seeking an experienced International Sales Professional to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for generating new leads and developing existing customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute strategies to increase export sales revenue.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, understanding their needs and preferences to drive sales growth.
3. Prepare and submit quotations to customers in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
4. Collaborate with internal teams to gather technical information and assess feasibility for client projects.
5. Issue purchase orders to mills for all received customer orders, ensuring efficient supply chain management.
6. Prepare, submit, and revise offer agreements (OAs) to customers as required.
7. Plan, forecast, and execute sales activities to meet budgeted targets.
8. Manage customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.
9. Communicate regularly with customers regarding orders and other sales-related matters.
10. Identify opportunities for new customer development and implement strategies to achieve this goal.

Contract Details:
This is a contractual role with annual renewals based on performance and business requirements.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have 4-10 years of experience in export sales, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and building strong customer relationships.
