Job Description:

As a relocation expert, you will be responsible for managing the entire relocation process, from planning to execution. Your primary focus will be on ensuring seamless transitions for clients and their employees, minimizing disruptions to their operations.

You will collaborate with various stakeholders, including occupancy planners, local lines of business representatives, and facility managers to ensure that all relocation projects are executed according to quality and best practice methodologies.

  • Manage CAFM/IWMS technology portfolios, updating headcounts, spaces, and areas as necessary
  • Generate multiple reports for locations, including space allocation by business unit, location, building, and floor
  • Communicate floor plan changes promptly to the Space Data Management team
  • Ensure data accuracy within assigned locations' Space technology
  • Develop and implement move project plans through collaboration with the Space Planner, Facility Manager, Project Manager, and other stakeholders
  • Initiate and manage meetings to review move schedules with move vendors and key stakeholders
  • Establish move project goals and objectives, making changes as needed to ensure desired project results
  • Perform data input into FMS to maintain accurate occupancy information
  • Prepare and update project status reports, tracking reports, and maintain files for due diligence and financials
  • Meet KPI targets consistently
  • Execute relocation and migration projects within the CAFM/IWMS technology framework
  • Ensure client satisfaction throughout the move management process
  • Adhere to documented processes and move management schedules
  • Receive and process client move requests
  • Provide a single point of contact for all move management activities
  • Participate in planning meetings hosted by clients, Occupancy & Space Planning, and other key stakeholders
  • Evaluate vendors to ensure compliance with performance standards
  • Complete project initiation, execution, and closeout documentation
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong relationship-building skills
  • Strategic thinking
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with activity-based working programs
  • Ability to delegate, manage small teams, and handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Data analysis and interpretation skills
  • Planning experience preferred
  • CAFM/IWMS experience preferred
  • Microsoft Office tools, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
  • AutoCAD skills preferred
