Job Summary:
At Savvy Search, we are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Executive to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and promoting our products in the designated territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with our team and dealers to promote our brand and drive sales.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Identify customer needs and design promotional campaigns to meet those needs.
- Train dealer staff and ensure adherence to sales standards.
- Conduct competitor analysis and manage dealer stock levels.
- Liaise with retail finance companies and service dealers for enhanced customer satisfaction.
- Generate monthly MIS reports on sales and inquiries.
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering (preferably Electrical/Mechanical) or MBA.
- 36 years of experience in channel sales (related to power tools, electrical components, HVAC, etc.).
- Proven sales track record and market knowledge.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
