Job Purpose:
As a Product Leader, you will play a crucial role in shaping and contributing to our product vision, leading cross-functional teams, and solving for critical problems for our users and delivering exceptional experiences. This role will cover the overall vision and execution for the D2C platforms such as DMI mobile app, website, and zest platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive product marketing strategies aligned with the company's overall business objectives, ensuring a strong focus on market positioning, differentiation, and revenue growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft compelling narratives, product messaging, and positioning that effectively communicates the value proposition of DMI Finance products to target customers, highlighting key differentiators and competitive advantages.
- Work closely with the product development, growth, and marketing teams to develop and execute successful go-to-market plans for new product launches and existing product updates.
- Conduct thorough customer and market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to identify emerging trends, market opportunities, and customer needs.
Requirements:
- Proven experience of at least 5 years in digital product management and overall experience of 8-12 years, ideally from financial services-fintech, banks, NBFC, or B2C companies.
- Experience in building and scaling engagement and repeat usage behavior for financial and non-financial services.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to operate seamlessly between highly detailed and technical situations as well as strategic business situations.
- Strong analytical skills, ability to identify key opportunities and measure impact to drive improved customer experiences.
