About the Role: Sales Strategist

We are seeking a talented Sales Strategist to join our team in Hyderabad. As a Sales Strategist, you will be responsible for onboarding Americas restaurateurs onto our client's platform by pitching, convincing, and getting them signed for one of the client's commission packages.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Adhere to shift schedules and ensure timely follow-ups with customers.
  • Support advertisers throughout the process, keeping stakeholders informed and updated.
  • Proactively communicate with advertisers and stakeholders, addressing concerns and escalating issues when necessary.
  • Meet key performance metrics and adhere to QA/QC requirements.
Competencies and Skills:
  • Driving For Results: Pushing the organization and oneself to excel and achieve.
  • Basic knowledge of Website Development/Structure.
  • Pipeline Creation/Lead Generation.
  • Customer Success: Doing the right thing for customers.
  • Self-motivated: Inspiring, enthusiastic, and passionate about doing a good job.
Mandatory Skills:
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Strong phone presence.
  • Strong presentation skills at all levels.
  • Proven negotiation skills.
