Job Overview

Indus Group Inc is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities and expanding our client base. This is a full-time position located in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. The ideal candidate will have executive-level experience with more than 10 years in the field.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business strategies to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and competitive analysis.
  • Collaborate with the executive team to develop business plans and strategies.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
  • Negotiate and close business deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated with industry developments and participate in networking events.

Requirements

  • Executive-level experience in business development with more than 10 years.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven mindset.
  • Knowledge of the IT services and consulting industry is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
