Job Overview
Indus Group Inc is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities and expanding our client base. This is a full-time position located in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. The ideal candidate will have executive-level experience with more than 10 years in the field.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business strategies to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and competitive analysis.
- Collaborate with the executive team to develop business plans and strategies.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
- Negotiate and close business deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated with industry developments and participate in networking events.
Requirements
- Executive-level experience in business development with more than 10 years.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Self-motivated and target-driven mindset.
- Knowledge of the IT services and consulting industry is a plus.
- Willingness to travel as required.
