Your Role as Regional Sales Manager
You will drive revenue growth through sales channels and lead a team of sales professionals. Your key objectives include formulating strategic plans, executing initiatives, directing sales efforts, cultivating client relationships, and analyzing market dynamics to optimize sales performance and ensure business success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a dynamic sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets within the designated region.
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands Dealer and Distributor networks.
  • Identify and prioritize key channel partners based on their ability to reach target markets, generate leads, and drive revenue growth.
  • Provide strong leadership and motivation to inspire and empower a sales team to excel.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 10+ years of proven experience in sales management or a similar leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of sales techniques, strategies, and best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve targets and goals.
