About the Role

As a Manager in Employee Data Management (EDM) team, you will play a key role in driving quality processes and standards within the department. This includes ensuring the quality of EDM HR services from Hire to retire and position Management across regions.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement Quality Control (QC) processes and standards, reviewing tasks and conducting internal quality checks.
  • Lead the QC team, providing mentorship, guidance, and coaching to ensure the team's effectiveness and professional development.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and learning within the QC team to enhance data management practices.
  • Maintain data integrity, compliance, process improvement, metrics, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, mitigate risks, manage change, and oversee vendor relationships.
  • Monitor and track progress of annual objectives and long-term targets, assisting the Head of Department in resource estimation and planning.

Your Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience with a minimum of 2 years in related quality processes including internal quality checks and managing QC processes.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a people management role.
  • Familiarity with Employee Data Management is highly preferred.
  • Good understanding of service management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility in time and approach.
  • Experience in standardization of processes, simplification, and agile methodologies.
  • Lean Six Sigma certification is advantageous.
  • Self-driven and dedicated individual with a desire to influence.
  • Strong Novo Nordisk brand ambassador.
