Music Instructor

About the Role:

TalentGum is seeking a skilled Music Instructor to join our team of educators. As a Music Instructor, you will be responsible for teaching children aged 4-14 online.

Responsibilities:

• Teach music lessons to students online
• Ensure students enjoy the course and engage with the material
• Evaluate student performance and provide recommendations for improvement
• Conduct demo sessions and ensure conversions
• Provide a fun and creative learning environment

Requirements:

• Formal education in music or keyboard
• Strong subject knowledge
• Experience in teaching keyboard
• Relevant teaching experience (1+ years)
• Experience with technology in education a plus

Salary Structure:

We offer a per-session compensation structure with a minimum pay guarantee.

Per-session basis: Normal Hours

1-25 Sessions: Rs.125/- per session

25-60 Sessions: Rs.150/- per session

61- 80 Sessions: Rs.200/- per session

81 & above Session: Rs. 250/- per session

Per-session basis: Late night hours (9 PM - 1 AM)

1-25 Sessions: Rs.165/- per session

25-60 Sessions: Rs.200/- per session

61- 80 Sessions: Rs.250/- per session

81& above Session: Rs. 300/- per session

Minimum pay guarantee:

• Month 01: INR 5500
• Month 02: INR 10500
• Month 03 & onwards: INR 16000

Payout range - INR 5500 - INR 35000+ per month
