Job Title: Graphic Designer

Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity and communication strategies of our organization. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs and content across various media outlets, ensuring consistency and innovation in our brand representation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure consistency of designs across various media outlets.
  • Create compelling and effective logos, designs, print materials, and digital media.
  • Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media, competitive landscape, and market trends to incorporate into design strategies.
  • Design and produce various materials for print and digital collateral, maintaining a high standard of quality and creativity.
  • Video editing, staying up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in video making and editing.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple projects within design specifications and budget restrictions, delivering on time and meeting client expectations.
  • Perform retouching and manipulation of images to enhance visual appeal and meet project requirements.
  • Work with a wide range of media, adapting design styles based on project needs and target audience.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in graphic design, including a portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), CorelDRAW, and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with a team and understand client requirements.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and adhering to project specifications.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of design trends, industry advancements, and emerging technologies.
