Key Account Liaison

**Job Responsibilities:**
Maintain and expand customer/partner relationships to drive business growth through regular interactions.
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities by engaging with existing customers and warm leads.
Employ a flexible sales approach, incorporating telephone, email, in-person visits, creative marketing campaigns, conferences, user groups, and networking events to build and maintain relationships.
Respond to RFPs for new and existing customers, ensuring timely and effective communication.
Ensure data accuracy in our CRM tool and provide weekly reports to management.
Collaborate with contractors, connectors, and DSAs to directly engage with customers.
**Candidate Profile:**
Must-Have:
Graduate from any field.
Tech-savviness.
At least 1-year experience in Home loan and DSA Management and DST Channel.
**Desired Skills/Competencies:**
Strong customer focus and commitment to continuous improvement.
Ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships.
Good verbal and written communication skills, organisational, and negotiation skills.
Strong consulting skills and demonstrated ability to work in a team environment as a member.
