Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in lead generation, sales, or business development, preferably in a digital marketing agency.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate leads through multiple channels, including cold calling, email outreach, social media, and more.
- Research potential clients and build a database of qualified leads in industries such as real estate, education, healthcare, e-commerce, and BFSI.
- Collaborate with the Business Development and Marketing teams to develop strategies for outreach and pipeline growth.
- Execute personalized email campaigns and follow-ups to engage prospects.
- Qualify leads by understanding their requirements, challenges, and business needs.
- Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate lead information, ensuring seamless lead tracking.
- Achieve weekly/monthly lead targets and report key metrics.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings for the Business Development team with qualified leads.
- Stay updated on market trends, industry news, and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Intense research and prospecting skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed targets.
- Self-motivated, with a proactive mindset and a keen eye for detail.
