Business Growth Strategist

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth by building and managing relationships with schools, corporates, and travel agents.
Key Responsibilities:- Field Sales & Business Outreach:
- Proactively reach out to schools, corporates, and travel agents in designated territories.
- Develop and execute field sales strategies to penetrate the market and drive revenue growth.
- Conduct regular visits and sales presentations to promote our services and products.
- Relationship Building:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders in target institutions and organizations.
- Act as a trusted advisor, understanding client needs, and customizing solutions to meet them.
- Revenue Generation:
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and revenue goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create customized proposals and sales pitches to convert leads into clients.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts.
- Market Observation & Competitive Analysis:
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and potential challenges within the field.
- Provide regular feedback to the management team, contributing to strategic decision-making.
- Reporting & Sales Metrics:
- Document sales activities, client interactions, and progress in CRM tools.
- Prepare regular reports detailing sales performance, client feedback, and emerging opportunities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 3+ years of field sales or business development experience, preferably with a focus on schools, corporates, and/or travel agents.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and negotiate.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
This role requires travel within assigned territories and may involve occasional weekend or evening work based on client availability. The estimated salary for this position is around $70,000-$80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
