This role is a hybrid in-office/remote position, with a minimum of two days per week in office. Our office is located in Gurgaon, India.

About the Role:

As a Senior Associate Producer, you'll work with our Executive Producer and US counterparts to produce current programming for our streaming platforms. You'll have a solid skillset in storytelling, communication, and production for TV and digital audiences. About You:

We're looking for a dynamic and assertive individual who can lead by example, inspire, and delight their colleagues. You'll have a deep understanding of digital video trends, analytics, and publishing standards. You'll be highly organized, detail-oriented, and have strong writing skills in social media and short-form formats. You'll be part of a high-growth, entrepreneurial culture that requires teamwork and significant interaction with employees at all levels.

Your Day-to-Day:

• Support the Creative team in developing engaging Fast Channel long-form episodic content
• Work closely with the Executive Producer to resolve challenges and ensure a smooth production process
• Be responsive to creative feedback and ensure alignment with the US Creative team's vision
• Collaborate with the Executive Producer to develop and present innovative ideas and concepts for new shows
• Work closely with internal and external producers and editors to ensure the creative vision is fully realized
• Collaborate with Graphics, Production, and Delivery teams to ensure a cohesive workflow and high-quality execution
• Maintain detailed records and oversee the curation of clips and updating Airtable workflows
• Mentor Associate Producers in their professional development

You Have:

• 5+ Years as an Associate Producer
• Mastery of the English language and familiarity with English used in U.S. social media
• Experience with editorial and content curation
• Deep understanding of digital video trends, analytics, and publishing standards
• Strong writing skills in social media and short-form formats
• Personality profile to fit into a high-growth, entrepreneurial culture
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
