About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Leader to join our team at Nexthire. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong sales skills, leadership abilities, and a passion for building relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue growth and expand customer base
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver customized solutions and address client needs effectively
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with C-Suite executives and other key stakeholders
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in selling B2B enterprise solutions to industries with a large field force
  • Experience in building relationships with C-Suite executives
  • Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities

Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum (depending on location)
