Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Senior Digital Marketing Strategist to join our marketing team at CAPITAIRE Consulting. This role requires a strong understanding of current digital marketing tools and strategies, and the ability to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions across various digital channels.
  • Create engaging and relevant content for our website, blogs, social media, and WhatsApp campaigns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience.
  • Manage and oversee social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant channels.
  • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization.
  • Research and implement SEO recommendations for website architecture, content, and linking.
  • Manage PPC campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads.
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
  • Use data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
  • Provide regular reports on campaign performance, insights, and optimization strategies.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency.
  • Coordinate with external agencies and partners when necessary.
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in managing SEO/SEM, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, SEO tools, etc.).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative and innovative mindset.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skill.
  • High level of initiative and self-motivation.
