Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and Conceptualization: Develop design concepts and staging plans for each property, considering the unique style and space management.
2. Procurement and Vendor Management: Source and procure furniture, decor, lighting, and accessories within budget, ensuring quality and style consistency across properties.
3. Property Staging and Setup: Execute staging plans by arranging furniture, decor, and accessories in the property to create an inviting, visually appealing environment.
4. Collaboration and Coordination - Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align staging outcomes with the property's marketing strategy. Assist in photoshoot setup to ensure each staged property is camera-ready for listing photos and marketing materials.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in interior design, home staging, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a collaborative mindset.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects.
