Our company is seeking a skilled and experienced Principal Engineer to lead the development of our Front Arena system. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting high-quality software solutions using C and Python.
Key Responsibilities- Technical Leadership: Develop and implement technical strategies to drive innovation and improvement in our software development processes.
- Software Development: Design, develop, and maintain complex software systems, including multithreaded applications in C and Python.
- Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements and ensure that our software solutions meet their needs.
- Quality Assurance: Develop and implement automated unit testing and quality assurance processes to ensure high-quality software solutions.
- Code Optimization: Identify areas for improvement in our codebase and implement optimizations to improve performance and efficiency.
- Client Communication: Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their expectations.
Our team is responsible for developing and maintaining the Front Arena system, a cross-asset trading, risk, and position-keeping system that supports front-office, middle-office, and back-office functionalities.
