About the Role:

As a Senior Reviews Operations Manager at Gartner, you will be responsible for overseeing the moderation process to ensure high-quality standards and compliance with guidelines. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can lead a team of moderators to achieve operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage part of the reviews moderation team to ensure adherence to company policies and guidelines.
  • Develop and implement training programs for new and existing team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Generate HQ insights from large amounts of data to ensure fake reviews are kept at bay; reducing cost of review acquisition for GDM.
  • Ability to present data with additional insights to stakeholders and leadership with recommendations and further steps, including support required.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track team performance and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:
  • 6 to 8 years of experience with 1 to 3 years of prior team leadership experience and experience in a research or consulting, and/or operations management, KPI management, stakeholder engagement.
  • Proficiency in advanced Excel and Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. Ability to conduct in-depth analysis and make data-driven decisions.
