Job Summary

We seek an accomplished Sales Manager with a proven track record in sales, particularly in the US and international markets. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in managing international sales teams, strong client relationships, and proficiency in utilizing HubSpot and digital marketing tools for sales and marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a focused international sales strategy emphasizing market insights and trends.
  • Analyze market opportunities and challenges to drive business growth.
  • BUILD AND MAINTAIN STRONG CLIENT RELATIONSHIPS by understanding their needs for tailored solutions.
  • Generate leads using diverse channels (cold calling, email campaigns, networking).
  • Present detailed proposals outlining terms, pricing, and conditions.
  • Achieve sales targets aligned with organizational goals for sustained growth.
  • Maintain open communication with the Sales Development Representative (SDR) team.
  • Utilize HubSpot for workflow efficiency and enhanced customer engagement.
  • Adapt strategies based on market insights to proactively address challenges.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance and market trends, using data for informed decision-making.
Requirements
  • 5-7 years of relevant sales experience.
  • Strong international client servicing and relationship management skills.
  • Experience in sales or sales support, focusing on driving revenue growth.
  • Proficiency in using HubSpot CRM and marketing automation tools.
  • Proven experience as a full-stack digital marketer with a successful track record in execution and strategy.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Working Hours
  • US Shift: 5 or 6 PM to 2 or 4 AM (depending on business needs). Estimated Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per year.
