Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy for the TruScale Device as a Service (DaaS) portfolio, driving product positioning and launch plans.
- Partner with product development and management to ensure alignment and execution of marketing plans.
- Understand market trends, customer requirements, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies.
- Create and maintain sales content, web assets, and marketing materials.
- Execute targeted revenue-driving programs and campaigns.
- Manage marketing budget and agencies.
- Educate sales teams and business partners about portfolio offerings.
- Drive evangelization and amplify thought leadership.
Key Deliverables
- Comprehensive offering marketing and enablement plans.
- Compelling value propositions, bold statements, and messaging differentiation.
- Launch and offering introduction.
- Ongoing offering marketing management.
- Track, measure, and report on marketing activities and programs.
Position Requirements
- 10+ years of direct product marketing or marketing experience, preferably in digital workplace solutions.
- 8+ years of cross-functional team management experience.
- Proven experience launching new offerings and managing through the lifecycle.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to navigate ambiguity and thrive in challenging situations.
- Strong presentation and storytelling skills, and a strong public speaker.
- Strong writing, content development, and editing skills with ability to communicate simply and authentically.
- Degree-level qualification in marketing, business studies, or equivalent.
