We are seeking a skilled Business Development Executive - Sales & Marketing to join our team at Manya - The Princeton Review.
About the Role:
As a Business Development Executive, you will play a crucial part in identifying and building relationships with potential students and parents. You will conduct presentations, webinars, and workshops to promote our abroad education services and drive student enrollments by understanding client needs and recommending tailored solutions.

Responsibilities:
- Identify, engage, and build relationships with potential students and parents.
- Conduct presentations, webinars, and workshops to promote our abroad education services.
- Drive student enrollments by understanding client needs and recommending tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with counselors and other teams to ensure exceptional customer service.
- Generate leads through effective networking, partnerships, and outreach initiatives.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A proven track record in sales, business development, or related roles (experience in education preferred).
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- The ability to understand client requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
- Self-motivation, goal-orientation, and adaptability to a dynamic work environment.
