Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sustainability Coordinator to join our team.

  • Identify and engage with potential suppliers, including restaurants, hotels, and food manufacturers, to meet and exceed sourcing targets while building a strong sales pipeline
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs and effectively communicate our value proposition
  • Support in negotiating contracts, lead the sales process from qualification to closure, and secure long-term supply partnerships
  • E nsure compliance with industry standards and regulations under our sustainability initiative, and coordinate with the operations team for efficient collection and processing
  • Maintain accurate records of sourcing activities and collaborate with the team to refine strategies based on market feedback
  • Participate in regular meetings and training sessions to stay updated on the latest industry trends and best practices
Candidate Profile:

We are looking for a proactive and self-motivated individual with:

  • Proven skills in sales, business development, and account management
  • Strong communication and negotiation abilities
  • A passion for sustainability and environmental stewardship
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, environmental studies, or a related field
  • Experience in the waste management, food industry, or biofuel sector is an asset
