About the Role

As a Business Development Manager – Influencer Marketing, your core responsibility will be to identify and secure new business opportunities for the agency. You'll act as the bridge between our creator network and brands, ensuring both parties derive maximum value. Your job is not just about selling services—it's about crafting strategic influencer solutions that meet the unique goals of each brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify new business opportunities and actively pitch influencer marketing services to potential clients across industries.
  • Build, maintain, and grow long-term relationships with key decision-makers, brand managers, and marketing teams at established companies.
  • Analyze brand goals and target audience to suggest the most suitable creators from our network for high-impact campaigns.
  • Execute structured outbound strategies—including emails, calls, and outreach—to engage new leads and convert them into clients.
  • Present well-thought-out influencer marketing proposals tailored to the needs and vision of the client, using a mix of creative thinking and data-backed insights.
