Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area Marketing Manager- Kolhapur to lead our demand generation activities and drive business growth in the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Demand Generation: Develop and execute strategies to drive demand for our products and services.
  • Commercialization: Ensure effective commercialization of new products, following our new launch process.
  • Team Development: Develop annual goals and objectives for the Demand Generation Team and prepare resource plans and budgets.
  • Productivity Improvement: Maintain and improve productivity levels of field resources and critical demand generation activities.
  • Policy Development: Develop policy documents and guidelines for the Demand Generation Team and Marketing Agencies.
  • Budget Management: Ensure that the Demand Generation Team delivers goals within budget.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Work closely with strategic and brand managers for market segmentation, portfolio positioning, and crop-wise and product-wise strategies.
  • Resource Utilization: Work closely with Zonal Marketing Managers, AMMs, and Sales Teams for effective resource utilization and activity planning.
  • Training and Development: Work closely with Marketing Agencies on recruitment, onboarding, training, and coaching.
  • Adoption of Strategic Initiatives: Drive the adoption of strategic initiatives such as market unit activity planning and tracking, large plot demos, demo plots, online training modules, and Archer adoption.
Requirements

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with a strong background in demand generation, commercialization, and team development. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to drive business growth and improve productivity levels.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.

Experience: 5+ years of experience in demand generation, commercialization, and team development.
