Job Description:

As a Technical Support Specialist at Airbus India Private Limited, you will play a crucial role in supporting the team to handle and resolve technical queries from customers. This includes providing answers to customers, triggering corrective actions, and ensuring compliance with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as On-Time Delivery (OTD).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver technical solutions to customers for related in-service issues.
  • Consolidate and analyze in-service data from customers.
  • Support Continued Airworthiness (Part 21 compliance) if applicable.

  • Awareness of potential compliance risks and commitment to act with integrity.
