Job Summary

This is a remote position that requires a high level of energy and enthusiasm. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for generating qualified leads through outbound campaigns, understanding the company offering, and communicating brand identity and corporate position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate qualified leads through outbound campaigns (cold calls, emails) within the assigned territories to generate pipeline
  • Understand the company offering & appropriately communicate brand identity and corporate position
  • Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
  • Understand prospects needs and requirements
  • Respond to prospects requests for more information on our offering
  • Record daily sales activities in Hubspot CRM to track interactions with prospects and customers and opportunity description to the stakeholder
  • Collaborate with appropriate team members to determine necessary strategic sales approaches
  • Route qualified leads to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
  • Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory (could be US, EU, India, SEA)

Requirements:

  • Proven 1-2 years sales development experience
  • Willing to make dozens of outbound cold calls each day
  • Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm
  • High level of integrity and work ethic
  • Track record of over-achieving quota
  • Strong phone presence and experience making dozens of calls per day
  • Experience working on a CRM
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong listening and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Bachelor of Engineering preferred
  • Prior experience in supply chain management or transportation and logistics preferred
