Job Title: UI/UX Designer

We are seeking a skilled UI/UX Designer to support our CRO team. As a key member of the design team, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly elements that enhance the aesthetics and functionality of our web platforms.

Mission of the Role

To contribute to the success of the design team by producing high-quality website elements that drive engagement and improve conversion outcomes across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design user interfaces that optimize conversions and engagement.
  • Collaborate with the development team to implement design elements.
  • Create mockups, wireframes, and final designs aligned with CRO goals.
  • Design and improve UI/UX for desktop and mobile platforms.
  • Stay up-to-date with design trends to ensure modern, engaging aesthetics.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch).
  • Understanding of UI/UX principles.
  • Strong visual design skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, iterative environment.
  • Knowledge of CRO best practices is a plus.

Our remote position offers a 5-day working week, hands-on experience in digital design with a focus on conversion optimization, and a collaborative team culture with room for growth.
