About the Role:

TheGradStory is seeking a highly motivated Marketing and Communications Coordinator to collaborate with our marketing vendor in driving marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Execution: Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns in collaboration with the vendor, ensuring alignment with business objectives and brand strategy.
  • Content Development: Provide input and feedback on content developed by the vendor for social media, blogs, newsletters, and marketing collaterals.
  • Vendor Management: Collaborate closely with the marketing vendor to ensure timely and high-quality execution of marketing tasks.
  • Performance Analysis: Review campaign performance reports provided by the vendor, extract actionable insights, and suggest improvements.
  • Brand Alignment: Act as a liaison between internal teams and the marketing vendor to align marketing efforts with broader company goals.

What We're Looking For:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in marketing or digital marketing (experience in EdTech or student-centric platforms is a plus).
  • Skills:
  • Social Media Expertise: Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
  • Content Creation: Content creation and copywriting skills.
  • Marketing Tools: Familiarity with marketing tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Canva, and email marketing platforms.
  • Data-Driven Mindset: Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and vendor management abilities.

Compensation and Benefits:
