This role is ideal for sales professionals seeking a challenge and opportunity to grow with our dynamic team. As a Senior Business Development Executive, you'll work closely with clients during pre-sales and sales, understanding their needs, providing expert guidance, and helping them achieve their dream homes.

Key Responsibilities:

● Facilitate client-designer interactions in our Experience Centre, fostering strong relationships and driving design journeys forward.

● Share in-depth knowledge of Truww's products and services, empowering prospective homeowners to make informed decisions.

● Conduct daily consultative outbound calls and follow-ups with leads, ensuring maximum conversion from the sales stage to design.

● Represent Truww with confidence, showcasing a comprehensive understanding of offerings and value proposition.

Growth Opportunities:

● Meet or exceed growth targets by proactively following up on leads and converting them into design projects.

● Achieve outstanding sales performance through proven expertise in Home Interiors Sales.

Requirements:

● Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for sales, preferably in Home Interiors.

● Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

● Minimum 3+ years' sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas and closing deals.

Work Arrangements:

● Tuesday to Sunday (Monday off) with working hours between 10:30am and 7:30pm.

● Based in Hinjewadi, Pune.

Payscale Information:

We offer a competitive salary range of ₹800,000 to ₹1,200,000 per annum, depending on your qualifications and experience. This compensation package reflects the company's commitment to attracting top talent and rewarding exceptional performance.
