Job Description:

As a key member of the HRvisory team, we are seeking a highly skilled Corporate PPA Lead to drive the growth of our Corporate Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) segment within the organization. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to join our team and contribute to our mission of becoming a leading player in the renewable energy sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Corporate PPA space.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including industry contacts, consultants, and potential clients.
  • Lead commercial discussions with potential clients to secure favourable terms and outcomes.
  • Work closely with internal teams and external partners to close PPAs and ensure adherence to state-specific regulations.
  • Present business cases to secure internal approvals for corporate PPA opportunities.
Requirements:
  • BE and/or MBA from tier 1 or tier 2 institutions.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Corporate PPAs within the power sector, with a preference for wind energy experience.
  • Proven track record of achieving ambitious targets in a competitive environment.
  • Strong flair for numbers, with expertise in tariffs, pricing models, and associated financial elements.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex commercial negotiations and deliver win-win solutions.
  • Deep understanding of the regulatory landscape across states, especially in the context of group captive models.
  • Ability to adapt to changing market dynamics and customer requirements, coupled with a strong problemsolving mindset.
  • Willingness to travel frequently to build relationships, close deals, and stay connected with the market.
